Ty Hartley

I was born in Big Spring, Texas. As an Air Force “brat” I had an opportunity to live all over the world. My family moved back to Texas in 1976 and I have lived here ever since.

In 1989, I began an insurance career in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1991, I was promoted and moved to Midland, Texas to help rebuild a district insurance office. Midland quickly became home and is where my wife and I raised our two children.

After 17 years in the insurance industry, I decided to branch out in the oil & gas industry, all the while continuing to write insurance as an independent agent. I enjoyed working in the oil and gas industry and was fortunate enough to help build two oil and gas related companies and watch them both grow to become profitable, thriving businesses.

In 2018, my wife and I decided to move back to North Texas to be closer to family and we chose Mineral Wells as our home. I have continued my career as an independent insurance agent and have enjoyed developing strong relationships in the local community.

My love of people and community is what drove me to branch out into real estate in 2021 and become a licensed agent with Marr Realty in Mineral Wells.

My 35+ years in customer service, commitment to work hard, listen and follow through has been and will continue to be the key to success. Providing quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintaining those relationships, is very important to me!
